HelpyAir is a wireless based Autodialler system for lifts. It is new to the Lift Industry but wireless pen-dant transmitters and receivers have been used by hundreds of thousands of elderly and disabled users around the world since our company ETL AS (established 1977 in Norway) as the first in the world launched a wireless system connected to the telephone network in 1978, – nearly 40 years ago!!!

We are now proud to introduce HelpyAir to the UK Lift Industry; – complying with BS EN81-28 directive.

The system consist of a main unit with built in GSM module that can be connected to a maximum of 9 battery powered external units (Satellites); i.e. Lift Car Unit, Lift Pit Unit and Machine Room Unit for intercom with the Lift car. The main unit is the only unit to be connected to an external power supply, all other units have built-in lithium batteries that lasts for 5 years (calculated with approx. 30 minutes conversation per year!).

Easy installation in glass lifts, bespoke lifts, temporary lifts, stair lifts, platform lifts…. No wires in the trailing cable and no external power supply!

The programming is easily done either on site by help of the Key Satellite’s keypad or remotely from a telephone handset, mobile phone or SMS. Programming is automatically supported by spoken help messages. There is also an advanced self-diagnosis surveillance system checking the installation, batteries and condition of the system.

The HelpyAir Autodialler can also be connected to central station equipment using the P100 protocol
